Pat is an Operating Partner at Sterling. Pat serves on the Board of Directors of Aurora Parts and Accessories and Belnick and previously served on the Board of Lipari Foods and Power Stop. He is Managing Director of Davidson Consulting Group, LLC, a firm he founded in 2014. He is responsible for the strategic direction and overall leadership of the firm and has over 30 years of leadership experience. Before forming Davidson Consulting Group, LLC, Pat served as an Executive Officer with W.W. Grainger, Inc. for nine years where he had increasing roles of responsibility of VP Information Services; VP Branch Services; SVP Customer Service and SVP Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce. Prior to being elected as a Company Officer, he served for 14 years as Director of Quality and Employee Development and held various field sales and operational management roles.
