Bio

Mike joined Sterling in 2001. Mike serves as Chairman of the Board of AIMS Companies and director of Belnick, HeartLand, and Power Stop. Mike is a past director of American West Restaurant Group, Excelligence Learning, Fairway Group Holdings, FCX Performance, Lazer Spot and Marcone. Before joining Sterling, Mike served as vice president of finance of Wellsteads. Prior to that, Mike was an associate in the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers, and a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen. Mike earned a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College and an M.B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania.
