Bio

Ethan is a Senior Associate at Sterling. He is involved in all aspects of the firm’s investment activities, including analyzing and executing transactions and working with management teams to enhance each portfolio company’s franchise value. Prior to joining Sterling, Ethan worked as an investment banking associate at Ardea Partners, a boutique investment bank founded by former Goldman Sachs alumni. Prior to Ardea, he was an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs. Ethan earned a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia.
