Doug has been with Sterling since 1991. Doug serves as a director of AIMS Companies and Belnick. Doug is a former director of Aavid Thermal Technologies, All My Sons, American Buildings Company, American West Restaurant Group, Cambridge International, The CBORD Group, Excelligence Learning, GPX International Tire, Intertainer, The Kenan Advantage Group, Miller Heiman, The Parts Plus Group, Shape Technology, and Washington Inventory Service. Prior to Sterling, Doug was a founder and managing director of Middex Capital, a private equity firm focused on middle market companies. Previously, He served as a senior vice president in the corporate finance department of Lehman Brothers. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Doug served as vice president of the Matuschka Group in Munich, West Germany. Doug earned a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
