Yoshinori Hayakawa Bio

Mr. Hayakawa is a member of the business development team. Prior to StepStone, Mr. Hayakawa was an investment manager at The Norinchukin Bank, where he lead the firm’s primary and co-investment private equity program globally. Before that he was an assistant portfolio manager for equity investment division at the bank and worked as a customer relationship officer for Norinchukin Zenkyoren Asset Management, a Nochu’s subsidiary. Mr. Hayakawa received a BA in Commerce from Waseda University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He is a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.
