Bio

Mr. Schwind is a member of the private equity team focusing on portfolio construction for North American based clients. Prior to joining StepStone, Mr. Schwind was most recently a Senior Consultant at Segal Marco Advisors where he created customized investment solutions across the plan sponsor universe within both discretionary and non-discretionary relationships. Prior to that, Mr. Schwind was a Senior Associate at Bassett & Company where he assisted advising high net worth clients on services such as tax, financial planning, research and compliance. Mr. Schwind also held client service roles at Bank of New York, Moran Overseas and Manulife Wood Logan. Mr. Schwind received his BA in English from Lynchburg College and his MBA from Fordham University, Graduate School of Business.
