Bio

Mr. Lim is a member of the private equity team, focusing on venture capital and growth equity investments. Prior to StepStone, Mr. Lim was a managing general partner with Greenspring Associates, a venture capital and growth equity investment firm that merged with StepStone in 2021. Before that, he held senior investment positions at Commonfund Capital and Pfizer, where he helped lead venture capital manager selection, due diligence, and monitoring. Mr. Lim graduated cum laude from Washington College where he received his degree in economics. He earned his MBA in finance from Indiana University.
