Ms. Berg is a member of the portfolio analytics and reporting team. Prior to StepStone, Ms. Berg was a director of fund management with Greenspring Associates, a venture capital and growth equity investment firm that merged with StepStone in 2021. Before that, she served as a senior manager for Legg Mason where she oversaw financial reporting for Legg Mason’s ’40-Act registered funds. Previously, Ms. Berg was assistant fund controller and mutual fund administration manager at Calvert Investments, Inc. Ms. Berg received both her BBA in accounting and her MBA in finance from the Sellinger School of Business and Management at Loyola University Maryland.
