Bio

Mr. Pavoncelli is a member of the private equity team, focusing on investments in Europe and the Middle East as well as secondary investments. Prior to joining StepStone, Mr. Pavoncelli was an Investment Analyst at Advanced Capital, a private equity fund of funds based in Milan, where he conducted due diligence on global private equity buyout funds. Mr. Pavoncelli holds an MSc in Finance from ESADE Business School and a BA (Hons) from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
