Mr. Irby is a member of the private equity team, focusing on venture capital and growth equity investments. Prior to StepStone, Mr. Irby was a managing director with Greenspring Associates, a venture capital and growth equity investment firm that merged with StepStone in 2021. Before that, he was a managing director at Wellbridge Partners. Mr. Irby received a bachelor’s degree in economics and business management & finance from North Carolina State University.
