Bio

Mr. Bratt is a member of the legal and compliance team and is responsible for all legal matters relating to the private equity asset class. Prior to joining StepStone, Mr. Bratt served as in-house counsel and a private equity consultant with Pension Consulting Alliance—a full-service investment consulting firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bratt practiced law with several international law firms including Covington & Burling and O’Melveny & Myers. Mr. Bratt received his JD from Brooklyn Law School and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. He is licensed to practice law in New York and California.
