Bio

Stephen founded Stellican Limited in 1991 and currently serves as Chairman of Chris-Craft boats. With Stellican, Mr. Julius has been involved in a number of transactions in both the U.K., Italy, Spain and USA. From 1992, he also worked with Apollo Advisors, headed by Leon Black, and from 1995-96 was a partner of Wexford Management, LLC, responsible for the firm's European investments. He was, until May 1991, Executive Director on the main board of Porter Chadburn Plc., a sports and packaging conglomerate quoted on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Julius obtained a First Class Honours Degree in Classics from Magdalen College, Oxford, he won a Kennedy Scholarship to Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.
