As the Investment Advisor to the Steep Rock Russia Fund since December 2006. Mr. Swigart has completed pre-IPO investments in 6 Russian companies to date - 2 of which have already successfully listed their shares on the public markets. Prior to founding Steep Rock, Mr. Swigart was a Senior Partner at UFG and subsequently Deutsche UFG from 200-06, where he worked as Head of International Sales and SEO of UFG (UK) Ltd.
