Nate Bagnaschi is a Managing Director in Capital Markets at Starwood Capital Group. In this role, Mr. Bagnaschi is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of asset-level and fund/corporate-level financing activity for the Firm’s investments in the Americas. Prior to joining Starwood Capital in 2016, Mr. Bagnaschi served as head of the capital markets group at Garrison Investment Group, where he was responsible for structuring real estate, distressed debt and fund-level financings. Before that, he was an Associate in the asset management and special servicing group at Gramercy Capital, where was responsible for managing a portfolio of whole loans, secured B-notes and mezzanine loan positions within the firm’s finance business. Mr. Bagnaschi previously worked in the real estate finance and securitization group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Bagnaschi received a B.A. degree in international relations, with minors in economics and Hispanic studies, from the University of Pennsylvania.
