Dawne Cohn is a Managing Director and Head of Human Resources at Starwood Capital Group. In this role, she is responsible for the global human resources function for the Firm, including overseeing performance management, recruitment, compensation and employee benefits. Prior to joining Starwood Capital in 2015, Ms. Cohn was Head of Human Resources for Point72 Asset Management, a family office focused primarily on investing in long/short equities. Before that, she was a Vice President in Human Resources at JP Morgan Chase, where she held roles in compensation and HRIS in the corporate and investment banking divisions of the firm. She began her career as an HR Associate at AT&T Capital Corp. Ms. Cohn received an MBA and B.A. in psychology from Rutgers University.
