Tim is a Vice President in the Operations Group at Staple Street Capital focused on optimizing and improving portfolio company operations. Prior to joining Staple Street Capital, Mr. Bader helped lead the turnaround of The Hain Celestial Group, a manufacturer and distributor of natural and organic consumer products. He most recently served as Head of Corporate Finance where he established and led a new Corporate Finance function, overseeing Corporate FP&A and Investor Relations. He was previously a member of the Transformation team, driving global value creation initiatives in both revenue generation and cost optimization. He also held several interim management roles during his tenure leading Risk Management, Brand Finance of the Personal Care Division, and Real Estate Management. Prior to The Hain Celestial Group, Mr. Bader worked at Blackstone, as a member of their Portfolio Operations Team. While at Blackstone, Mr. Bader worked on both pre and post-close value creation with focus on optimizing employer healthcare spend. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Bader worked in Turnaround and Restructuring consulting at Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on rapid financial improvements for companies in the healthcare industry. Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Bader started his career in Financial Operations and Business Intelligence at Northwell Health. Mr. Bader received his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and B.B.A. in Finance with distinction from Hofstra University.
