A co-founder of Stanwich Partners, LLC, Tom is responsible for negotiations, providing operational analysis and strategic planning leadership. Prior to joining Stanwich Partners, Tom was President and CEO of Bryce, the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of address printers, which was successfully sold to Pitney Bowes. Before joining Bryce, Tom was President and CEO of Locke Manufacturing Inc., a manufacturer of premium reel mowers. Tom led the acquisition and turn-around of Locke and successfully sold the firm in the early 1990s. Prior to Locke, Tom held a variety of marketing, sales and financial roles at AMF, PepsiCo and Price Waterhouse. Tom resides in Easton, CT where he is a former First Selectman. Tom received his BBA with highest academic honors from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
