Yair Erez joined Stanley Capital in 2022 focused on Portfolio Transformation across the Portfolio. Prior to SCP, Yair was a senior private equity partner at Bain & Co for three years, where he focused on healthcare and life Sciences transactions. Before this he spent nine years as a partner at McKinsey and Co where he was part of the private equity practice focusing on healthcare and life sciences transactions as well as undertaking growth strategy work for specialty pharma and other life sciences organisations. Yair has worked or invested with the SCP team on the three most recent investments Envision, Essential, and Noden Pharma. Yair is a medical doctor specialising in gynaecology and gained his MD at Hebrew University where he was on the Dean’s list of honours, and an executive MBA at the Herzelliya Interdisciplinary Center.
