James joined the predecessor firm of Stage Capital in 2007, where he established and led the real estate investment business, focusing on assets in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2002, James joined Invesco Asset Management and Laxey Partners to manage the East Europe Development Fund. At both Invesco and Laxey, James managed a diverse portfolio of private equity and real estate investments. James Huckle began his career at Arthur Andersen specialising in financial services tax consultancy. James holds an MA in Geography from the University of Oxford and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA).
