James Hays is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of St. Cloud. Previously, Mr. Hays worked in the Audit and Assurance practice as a Supervising Senior Associate at Rothstein Kass & Co., where his experience included audits for financial and commercial service entities. His prior experience also includes working as a Senior Associate in the Audit and Assurance and Tax practice at Meloni Hribal Tratner LLP and as a Financial Analyst at Flint Hills Resources, LP. Mr. Hays is a CPA. Mr. Hays received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
