James Curland serves as a Vice President of Business Development at SROA and is responsible for product development and special projects related to enhancing and growing the SROA platform. Prior to joining SROA, James was an Associate at Winter Properties in New York where he was focused on underwriting and structuring private equity investments in real estate assets and operating companies. Before Winter Properties, James was an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he originated, structured, and sold commercial mortgages for all major asset classes. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
