Alfred Sinkonde is responsible for the financial and investor reporting functions of the company. Mr. Sinkonde managed and coordinated annual audits for the entire HIG credit platform (17 funds), managed liquidity for investments and funds (including subscription line lenders) to maximize gross and net returns as well completed SEC regulatory filings (e.g., Form PF, Form BE-10, etc.). Prior to HIG, Mr. Sinkonde served as a Senior Fund Accountant at Cerberus Capital Management where his primary responsibilities were closing the books on a quarterly and annual basis for the institutional real estate funds. Mr. Sinkonde started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in real estate investment clients out of Hartford, CT. Mr. Sinkonde holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida. Mr. Sinkonde holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
