Rob McLaughlin is CEO of Square Deal Capital and Chairman of the Board for Square Deal Investments. After 18 years working in several leadership roles for Advance Food Company, the McLaughlin/Allen family's food business, Rob volunteered to steward his family's assets from the sale of that business. That stewardship resulted in the founding of Square Deal Capital, a single family office for his siblings and parents. Due to the growth of the investment strategies the decision was made to spin out the Investment Management arm of the family office and form Square Deal Investments with partners, Grant Soderberg and Mark Beffort. Square Deal Investments specializes in downtown office and residential real estate, as well as public equities, fixed income, and other direct investment opportunities. Rob grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from Texas Christian University. In the Oklahoma City community his past board roles include the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and Westminster School. Rob’s current Board roles are with Watermark Bank, i2E Management Company, McLaughlin Family Foundation, and Young Presidents Organization (YPO-OKC).
