I joined Sponsor’s team in 2014. Before that, I worked as an entrepreneur at HLP Corporate Finance, which specialises in M&A and corporate finance advisory services, for 15 years. My career got off to a lively start in the M&A team of the American investment bank Goldman Sachs in London. I got familiar with financing theories while I was working on my doctoral thesis in the field of financing. Developing Finnish companies as part of Finland’s best private equity team is a dream job! I’m lucky to have the chance to work with first-rate Finnish companies and collaborate with great entrepreneurs. I believe that there’s always room for improvement. With a good plan and persistent trying. One step at a time and with a twinkle in the eye. My passion during free time is long-distance running. In my youth, my favourite distance was 800 metres, but my current speed is more suitable for marathons.
