I’ve worked in a variety of tasks in business life since I was young. Following my studies at the Helsinki School of Economics, I worked some ten years as a management consultant in Finland, Sweden and the UK. In 2004, I began my career in private equity and joined Sponsor as a partner. Sponsor has given me the chance to participate in the development of numerous companies, such as Saunatec, Pouttu, Espotel, Tikomet and Lehtipiste. The starting points and development paths of these companies have been very different, which has served as a concrete lesson of how you can build success stories from many different starting points and in a variety of ways. At Sponsor, I’ve appreciated our team, which possesses diverse experience, the entrepreneurial spirit and performance-driven approach, as well as the professional but friendly way of working. I believe these are also the reasons why we get along so well with entrepreneurs and managers.
