Brent joined Spell Capital in 2021 from RSM US LLP where, as a senior tax associate, he was engaged in tax consulting and compliance, financial statement analysis and accounting for family offices, small and middle market businesses and individuals. Brent is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from North Dakota State University.
