Andrea came to Spell Capital in 2007 from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where, as a tax director, she was involved with structuring, due diligence, tax consulting and compliance. With more than 20+ years of tax and accounting experience, Ms. Nelson has significant experience serving investment funds and their related portfolio companies. Andrea is a member of Spell Capital’s transaction deal team, oversees Spell Capital portfolio companies, and supervises and administers all compliance and reporting for the Spell private equity funds. Andrea is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
