Caroline joined the firm in 2022 and is the Vice President of Portfolio Talent supporting portfolio-facing human capital initiatives including talent sourcing, recruitment, assessment, and development. Prior to joining Spectrum, Caroline worked at True Search, Washington & Lee University, and M&T Bank. Caroline received a BS from Washington & Lee University.
