Vince has been affiliated with Southfield Capital since January 2007, having worked with both the private equity and mezzanine funds. In addition to serving as an Operating Partner for the mezzanine funds, he is currently Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, M&A for Houchens Industries, a diversified employee-owned holding company. Vince brings significant executive-level operating experience, having previously served as the Athletic Director for the University of Louisville; President of ISCO Industries, a global customized piping solutions provider; CEO of Broder Bros., a wholesale distributor of imprintable activewear, and President of Retail and Activewear at Fruit of the Loom. He has also worked in healthcare management for Humana Inc. Vince is currently Chairman of Elite Medical Staffing, a portfolio company of Fund I, as well as on the board of directors of Industrial Services of America, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDSA) and the Bluegrass International Fund. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. degree in Health Administration, where he also was a two-year captain of the baseball team.
