Bio

Eric joined Southfield in November 2011. Prior to that, he served as Chief Investment Officer for Investors Management Group, a real estate focused private equity firm. Prior to IMG, Eric spent two years as Managing Director at PEMGROUP where he established the corporate finance group, which provided debt financing to small private and publicly-held companies, consisting of senior secured revolvers, senior and junior term loans, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, and equity-linked notes and securities. Eric was one of two directors responsible for growing the group to over $180 million in assets. From 2001 to 2007, he served as Managing Director at two boutique investment banks, Reedland Capital Partners and Antaeus Capital Corporation. Eric also spent ten years as Director of Countrywide Securities Corporation’s Institutional Sales Group, where he was involved in hundreds of debt transactions with aggregate principal balances exceeding $40 billion. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions for Public Storage, Inc. (NYSE: PSA). Eric received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Administration from California State University - Northridge.
