Bio

Mr. Thomas is responsible for SSC’s origination efforts and leading the firm’s exit strategies for its portfolio companies. Prior to joining SSC, Mr. Thomas spent ten years with Harris Williams, where he was a Director of M&A in the EPI Group and advised clients across numerous sectors, including infrastructure services, testing, inspection, certification & compliance (TICC), utility services, infrastructure equipment, engineering and construction, business services, and plastics and packaging. Prior to his time with Harris Williams, Mr. Thomas worked for JP Morgan and General Electric. Mr. Thomas received an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
