Bio

Spencer has spent over a decade building the Solamere Network while working in the public and private sectors. Spencer previously served as the National Finance Chairman and senior advisor for the 2008 and 2012 Mitt Romney presidential campaigns. Likewise, he served as the National Finance Chairman for Speaker Paul Ryan. Spencer previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff and COO in the Office of Governor Mitt Romney in Massachusetts. Spencer also worked in the Executive Office of the Salt Lake City Olympic Organizing Committee for the Winter Games of 2002. Spencer is a current member of the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Campaign Cabinet Board. He also serves on the board of the Lupus Research Alliance as well as the Salt Lake Tribune. Having spent many years growing up outside the United States, Spencer is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and Thai. Spencer studied Economics and International Studies at Brigham Young University.
