Bio

Jan Camerlynck joined the team in 2012, after having worked for 12 years in the Corporate Finance department of KBC Securities, the investment banking arm of KBC Group. He started his career in 1998 as researcher at the corporate finance department of the Ghent University. Since 2008, Jan was Head of M&A – Corporate Finance at KBC Securities and member of the management board of KBC Securities. In that position, he managed sale processes and acquisitions of a large number of businesses and advised the owners and management of both large companies and family-owned businesses in strategic and financial matters. Jan holds a Degree in Applied Economic Sciences from Ghent University (1998) and a Master Degree in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School (1999-2000).
