In his role as Operating Partner, Robert is dedicated to operational value creation. Spanning the full investment cycle from sourcing and due diligence to post-transaction integration and beyond, Robert partners with the investment and the Business Strategic and Transformation teams in evaluating potential investments. Additionally, Robert partners with portfolio companies to create value and drive growth. Robert most recently served as Chief Executive Officer for SNH’s Automotive Group, which includes portfolio companies National Credit Center (NCC) and Promax. Robert joined NCC in late 2016. As CEO of the National Credit Center (NCC), Robert was responsible for providing executive leadership and overseeing the company's day-to-day strategy and operations. Under his leadership, the company experienced tremendous growth in profitability as well as in organizational and strategic initiatives.
