Ramya is a Vice President in the Private Equity Group. Prior to joining SNH, Ramya deployed equity and debt capital toward high-growth, U.S.-based businesses at Advantage Capital, a $2 billion double-bottom-line impact investing firm based in Austin. Ramya previously spent eight years as a private equity investor at Seaport Capital in New York, evaluating, executing, and managing control investments in the technology, media, communications, and business services sectors. Concurrent with these roles, she served as a board director or observer at fifteen portfolio companies across a variety of industries. Ramya received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & International Business from New York University.
