Alex is a Vice President focused on private equity investments. He works on a variety of deal structures including growth-equity, buyouts, and rollups. Alex is currently involved with SNH portfolio companies PeopleFacts and NCC. Alex was formerly the Senior Director within the Business Strategy and Transformation group at SNH, responsible for implementing SNH’s proprietary operating strategies and business intelligence throughout its portfolio companies. Also serving as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for SNH, Alex partnered with portfolio companies on in-depth financial analysis and modeling. Prior to joining SNH, Alex served as Director of Development for On The Record Sports Inc., a sports-focused social networking start-up company. At Upper Deck Company, Alex was a strategic leader working on deals with athletes, agents, and licensing properties. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, with an Accounting emphasis.
