Prior to joining SK Capital in 2021, Mr. Yee was a Senior Associate at Tinicum, where he focused on leveraged buyouts of industrial companies. Prior to Tinicum, Mr. Yee was an Associate at Norwest Equity Partners, where he focused on leveraged buyouts and growth investments across multiple industries, and an Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, where he focused on commercial due diligence and growth strategy for financial sponsors and corporate clients. Mr. Yee graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and has an M.B.A. with Dean’s Honors and Distinction from Columbia Business School.
