Tod joined Silversmith Capital Partners in 2023 and is currently a Vice President. At Silversmith, Tod focuses on investments in Healthcare IT & Services. Prior to Silversmith, Tod was a Vice President and head of mergers and acquisitions at McKesson, where he primarily led all inorganic growth initiatives for McKesson’s Prescription Technology Solutions business. Prior to McKesson Tod held increasing roles of responsibility in middle-market value focused private equity, most notably at Huron Capital Partners. Tod Started his career in the corporate strategy and mergers & acquisitions department of CareFusion Corporation. Tod was captain of the men’s varsity swimming team at UConn although his teenage self would have much preferred to have been the captain of the UConn men’s basketball team. A native Detroiter, Tod continues to painstakingly root for his home teams. MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University; BA in Economics from University of Connecticut;
