Jennifer joined Silversmith Capital Partners in 2023 as Vice President of Operations. She is focused on internal operations and talent management, including recruiting, training and people development, for the firm. Prior to joining Silversmith, Jennifer was a Vice President on the Investment Banking Management team at Jefferies. She began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Sherman & Company. Jennifer currently resides in the South End, which (as a transplant) she has determined to be the best neighborhood in Boston. Outside of the office, she is an avid group fitness participant and enjoys trying out new recipes and restaurants. BA, magna cum laude, in Government and Finance from Wofford College;
