Bio

Ricardo is a Principal in the Munich office where he is responsible for the firm’s lower-mid market investment activity in the DACH region. He has a degree in mechanical engineering and management from the Technical University of Berlin, and an MBA from INSEAD. Before joining Silverfleet Ricardo was at Quadriga Capital, where he was a director responsible for buyout investments in the DACH region. Prior to this he was an investment manager at Sytengra Capital and a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group with a focus on private equity and industrial goods. Ricardo is a keen kite surfer and proud father of two little girls, and likes to spend his weekends having barbeques with friends and family.
