Bio

Jean joined Silverfleet in 2014 from Cobalt Capital, a French mid-market buyout firm where he spent seven years. Jean was promoted to Partner in 2017 and is responsible for sourcing, executing and managing investments in France and the Benelux region. In 2016 Jean helped to lead the investment in Coventya, and is now a member of the company’s supervisory board. He also led the investment in CoreDux in 2019. Before entering the private equity industry he worked in the transaction services team of EY in Paris. Jean graduated from the HEC School of Management with a Masters degree in Economics. Outside of work, Jean participates in a wide variety of sports from running half marathons through to tennis, football and kitesurfing. Jean is also a wine enthusiast, but then what self-respecting Frenchman would claim not to be?
