Mr. Grayman has over a decade of experience in investment banking, private equity and accounting. He has participated in mergers & acquisitions, corporate divestitures, leveraged buyouts and the sale of private and family-held businesses. Mr. Grayman founded Silver Sail Capital in 2012, with the vision of partnering with management teams in lower middle market businesses helping them achieve their true growth potential. Prior to founding Silver Sail Capital, Mr. Grayman worked for Creo Capital for nearly five years, working in their investment banking advisory and private equity divisions. He was involved primarily in middle market businesses with a combined revenue in excess of $1 billion. Prior to that he worked in the Corporate Finance division of Deloitte & Touche involved in financial diligence and valuation engagements. Mr. Grayman's past experience also includes working for Ernst & Young (Cayman Islands) and Macquarie Bank (Australia) in the hedge fund industry in various accounting and auditing roles. Mr. Grayman graduated from the University of Johannesburg with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree as well as an Honors Degree in Accounting. He has also completed his chartered alternative investment analyst ("CAIA") exams as well as the series 79 and series 63 examinations. Mr. Grayman qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005 and is a CFA Charterholder.
