Bio

Wade is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and for working with portfolio company management teams on an ongoing basis. Prior to joining Silver Oak, Wade was responsible for private equity investments in the business, consumer and healthcare services industries at Lake Capital, a middle-market firm with over $1.3 billion under management. Previously, Wade was an Associate with Advent International, a global private equity firm with over $24 billion in cumulative capital raised. Wade began his career in the investment banking division of A.G. Edwards, where he was involved in a variety of debt and equity offerings and merger and acquisition transactions. He currently serves as Board Treasurer of The Josselyn Center, a non-profit community mental health care provider.
