Jonathan Galore joined Silver Lake in 2015 and is a Managing Director on the Operating team, where he focuses on leading Silver Lake’s value creation efforts in Europe in particular. Jonathan is based in London and has worked across the Silver Lake portfolio, partnering extensively with the leadership teams of Cegid, IVC Evidensia, Meilleurtaux, Motorola Solutions, RAC (where he served on the board of directors), Silae, TEG, and ZPG, among others. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Jonathan co-founded and held senior leadership roles at Trussle.com, the UK’s first online mortgage advisor, and at Wealthfront.com, a leading software-driven wealth management company based in Palo Alto, California, where he ran the development of its early products and growth initiatives. Jonathan also served as Chief Technology Officer at Wonga Group, a global online finance company where he reorganized and scaled the technology division, developing its capabilities to operate a portfolio of products in multiple markets, serving millions of consumers. Prior to this role, Jonathan oversaw the company’s international expansion, launching and developing its businesses in South Africa, Canada, Poland and Spain. Earlier in his career, Jonathan was a Strategy Consultant with Bain & Company in San Francisco, where he worked on client engagements in Technology, Media & Telecom, and Private Equity. Jonathan began his career at Comverse, Inc. where he held several software engineering leadership roles. He holds a B.A. in computer science from the Academic College of Tel Aviv Yaffo and an M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
