Alexandra von Neuhoff von der Ley joined Silver Lake in 2023 and is a Director. Prior to Silver Lake, she served as General Counsel at Avega S.à r.l. Before her time at Avega, Alexandra practiced law at Elvinger Hoss Prussen and Loyens & Loeff, where she focused on cross border mergers and acquisitions as well as formation and structuring of alternative investment funds. Previously, she also worked as legal advisor for the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry. She is a German-law qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) after having passed her second state examination in Munich, Germany.
