Chad is a co-founder and Managing Member of Sileo Capital. Prior to co-founding Sileo, he was a co-founder and Managing Member of Corlex Capital from 2016 to 2019, an independent financial sponsor, where he had responsibilities for sourcing transactions, deal execution, post-acquisition management of portfolio companies, as well as operations responsibilities for Corlex. Prior to co-founding Corlex, Chad was a Principal at Panton Equity Partners, a private equity firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining Panton, Chad spent five years at ManTech International, a multi-billion dollar publicly traded government contractor, most recently serving as its Vice President of Corporate Development where he co-led the company’s mergers and acquisitions efforts. Chad began his career in 1997 with NationsBank (and its subsequent organizations – Bank of America and Merrill Lynch) where he spent 12 years in corporate and investment banking as an Analyst, Associate, Vice President, and finally as a Principal. Chad has a unique combination of private equity, investment banking, corporate development, corporate finance and operations experience. Over the course of his career he has completed more than 85 transactions totaling over $36 billion (principal investments, M&A advisory and capital raising). Chad holds a BSc. in Finance from Bentley University. Chad has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (LSSGBC) from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
