Bio

Lauren Schmidt is a Principal and the Head of Human Resources at Siguler Guff. Ms. Schmidt is responsible for benefits administration, firm-wide recruiting, payroll, employee relations, and policy administration. She is also a member of the Firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and New Initiatives Committee. Prior to joining Siguler Guff in 2021, Ms. Schmidt spent eight years as the Director of Human Resources at Buckingham Capital Management and The Buckingham Research Group, Inc. Most recently, she worked as an HR Generalist at The Conference Board, a non-profit organization. Ms. Schmidt holds a B.A. from Marymount Manhattan College.
