Jonathan Wilson is a Partner at Siguler Guff and is the Co-Portfolio Manager of Small Buyout Funds. Mr. Wilson is actively involved in manager selection, due diligence and direct investing for the Firm's Small Buyout Opportunities Funds. He is a member of the Investment Committee and is active as an Advisory Board member of underlying funds, as well as a Board Member or Board Observer to numerous portfolio companies. Prior to joining the Firm in 2005, Mr. Wilson was an Associate with Columbia Management Group where he was responsible for the evaluation, due diligence and monitoring of public equity investments in the business services, industrial, and energy sectors. Previously, Mr. Wilson was a Senior Analyst with Legg Mason Investment Banking providing mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring and private placement services to small and lower middle-market companies. Mr. Wilson is a founding member and served on the Board of Governors of the Small Business Investor Alliance, and was previously a member of the Massachusetts Advisory Board for the Trust for Public Land. Mr. Wilson holds a B.S. in Business Administration with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington and Lee University and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
