Heemin Shin is a Principal and the Head of Korea at Siguler Guff. He is responsible for marketing the Firm’s investment products in South Korea. Prior to joining Siguler Guff in 2020, Mr. Shin was a Vice President at WWG Asset Management Co. Ltd., which specializes in private equity and global alternative investments. While at WWG, he managed several global acquisition financing funds with a focus on European corporations. Previously, Mr. Shin worked at Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. in the Investment Banking Department, where he was involved in investing public and private equities, specifically in the TMT (Tech, Media, Telecommunication) and utility sectors. He began his investment career as an Analyst at EPI Advisors, LLC, where he worked on developing a global ETF managed portfolio strategy. Mr. Shin holds a B.A. in Economics from Korea University.
