Patrick has extensive experience in private equity and real estate investing. Patrick currently serves as President & CEO of Northam Realty Advisors Limited, a Canadian real estate investment management firm that was established in 1971. Northam's senior management team, under Patrick's leadership, has expanded the company's assets under management from less than $50mm in 1988 to a current portfolio in excess of 6.4 million square feet of commercial space with a value in excess of $1.25 Billion. Patrick also has a distinguished track record in private equity. He actively participated in the consolidation of the North American automotive parts distribution industry. His German family's Hamburg-based holding company acquired Metrix Holdings Inc., a specialized distributor of import automotive parts in the United States, and subsequently acquired and integrated a number of smaller competitors. Metrix was sold to Worldpac Inc. in 1999 to create the largest import automotive parts specialty distribution business in North America. Patrick received his B.A. in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto.
